GVM & GCM Upgrade

GVM/GCM upgrades for the current model Ranger vary for the two different engine options. To achieve the 7100kg GCM for the 3.2 litre engine, an upgrade for the radiator and inter-cooler is required. The 2.0 litre Bi-Turbo engine can achieve the maximum 7100kg GCM without the cooling system upgrades.

  • Front Coils (Australian made, with Australian Steel)

  • Rear Twin Tube Shocks

  • Rear Leaf Springs (Australian made, with Australian Steel)

  • High Tensile U-Bolts

  • Greasable Shackles

  • Greasable Pins

  • Tail Shaft Spacer Kit

  • PWR Intercooler

  • PWR Radiator

  • Federal Compliance Plate (pre-registered vehicle) or 

  • State Compliance (registered vehicle)

  • Engineering

GVM 3500KG / GCM 6600KG

Ford Ranger

GVM & GCM Upgrade

The 6600kg upgrade is the more cost effective solution for the 3.2 litre Ranger, as it does not require an inter-cooler or radiator upgrade. The down side to this upgrade is that a GCM of 7100kg is not possible, only a 6600kg GCM is possible.
